Olga is an elected member of the Swiss Who's Who and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), the International Academy of Trust and Estate Lawyers (IATEL), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a former Chair of the Individual Tax and Private Client Committee of the International Bar Association, Her leadership in global legal associations ensures that AEDILE MAXIMUS operates at the forefront of international private client standards, delivering elite-level governance to families and institutions worldwide.
Olga is a prominent figure in the international conference circuit, bridging the gap between major financial centers and emerging markets. As the organizer of the International Private Client Forum in Dubai (scheduled for February 4, 2026), she brings together global practitioners to discuss the future of jurisdictional arbitrage and wealth governance. Her leadership extends to the upcoming "Private Clients in the Changing World" conference in Cyprus on April 23, 2026, where she facilitates dialogue between Eastern and Western financial hubs. Nausheen Udhin
Head of Client Administrations
Nausheen Udhin is the Head of Client Administrations at AEDILE MAXIMUS (MAURITIUS) LIMITED. With over 18 years of experience in corporate services, fund administration, and fiduciary governance within regulated environments, she brings extensive operational and strategic expertise to the firm. Her professional background includes leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex client portfolios, and driving process improvements alongside stringent budgeting oversight and strategic client relationship management.
Nausheen possesses a strong foundation in board directorship, company secretarial duties, and regulatory liaison, working closely with the FSC, SEM, and other regulatory authorities. She holds an LLM in Financial and Commercial Law with a Commercial Arbitration Pathway from the University of Central Lancashire, UK, and a BSc (Hons) in Finance with Law from the University of Mauritius. Additionally, she is a qualified Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), UK.
Ronel Williams
Director
Dr. Ronel Williams is a Director at AEDILE MAXIMUS (MAURITIUS) LIMITED and serves as the Director of Private Clients & Trustee Services at TrustQore. With a distinguished career spanning three decades, Dr. Williams is a leading authority on trust law, estate planning, and multi-jurisdictional tax structuring. She previously held senior leadership positions at major financial institutions, including Nedbank Private Wealth and Nedgroup/BoE Trust, and began her legal career in the office of the Master of the High Court.
A highly credentialed academic and practitioner, Ronel holds BA, LLB, LLM, and LLD degrees and is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. Her professional designations include Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Fiduciary Practitioner SA (FPSA®), and full membership in STEP. As the former National Chairperson of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa (FISA), she is frequently called upon to speak at international forums regarding offshore structuring for complex families.
